Only you — and anyone you explicitly invite to your account — can view your journal. Remhaven may access your content only when needed to run the service (for example, saving a texted photo or helping with support). We don't sell your memories, use them for advertising, or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Everything you text in is saved to your private journal in secure cloud storage. Data is encrypted in transit, backed up, and kept for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your memories and personal information within 90 days.

Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your account converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged automatically.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings or email support@remhavenapp.com. Cancellation stops future billing. You won't be charged if you cancel during your free trial.

If you close your account, we delete your personal information and journal content within 90 days, except where we're required to retain records for legal or tax purposes.

Remhaven is designed for adults — parents and caregivers who manage the account on behalf of their family. Any information about a child is provided voluntarily by the account holder to personalize the journal.
